The Sleep Mall / Sleep Group Solutions will accept returns on new, unused, merchandise within 30 days. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and all returns must be pre-approved and be accompanied by a RMA number. Defective equipment will be repaired or replaced free of charge subject to individual item manufacturer warranty restrictions. All medical equipment sales are final and used medical equipment cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
